Personal Data Deletion

Send an email to support@godia.ai with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

Please include the following information:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account or interactions
• The name of the company/client through which you interacted with a Godia agent (if applicable)
• A brief description of the data you wish to have deleted

To protect your data from unauthorized deletion, our team may contact you to confirm your identity before proceeding.

This step is carried out by email only and does not require any sensitive documents.

Once your identity has been confirmed, we will process your request within a maximum of 30 days, in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion has been completed.

The deletion covers:

• Conversation data collected by Godia.ai agents
• Account information associated with your identity
• Contact details submitted through our forms

Some data may be retained if required by law (accounting, legal, or security obligations).

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. In Luxembourg, this is the CNPD (National Commission for Data Protection).
