Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Godia.ai services by any authorized user, whether a legal entity or an individual acting for professional purposes.
Definitions
- Services
Software features, APIs, interfaces, and content made available by Godia.ai.
- Customer
Any legal entity or individual who subscribes to a Godia.ai plan and invites users.
- User
Any person using the services on behalf of the Customer (employee, contractor, etc.).
Account and access
- Creation and security
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the security of credentials. Any activity carried out via the account is deemed to have been performed by the Customer.
- Roles and permissions
The Customer defines user rights and ensures they are kept up to date (onboarding/offboarding).
Permitted use
Legitimate professional use, in accordance with the documentation and technical limits. See also the Acceptable Use Policy.
Prohibited activities
- Security
Unauthorized access, bypassing security measures, or intrusive testing without prior written approval are prohibited. For responsible disclosure, see this page.
- Abuse and spam
No sending unsolicited communications, phishing, or malicious use.
- Illegal content
No content that violates applicable laws, is defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes third-party rights.
Intellectual property
The services, trademarks, logos, interfaces, models, and content remain the exclusive property of Godia.ai or its licensors. No transfer of rights is granted beyond the usage license.
Data & privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the DPA where applicable.
Security
Appropriate technical and organizational measures. Vulnerability reporting: Responsible Disclosure.
Availability & maintenance
Availability and service commitments are described in our SLA. Maintenance operations may be scheduled to improve the service.
Pricing & billing
Financial terms, payment methods, and commercial termination terms are set out in the Terms of Sale.
Termination
Godia.ai or the Customer may terminate access in the event of a material breach or at the end of the contract term, in accordance with the procedures set out in the Terms of Sale and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Godia.ai shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or intangible harm. Any liability caps are set out in the Terms of Sale.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use for legal or technical reasons. The date of the latest update appears at the top of the page.
Governing law
The applicable law and competent jurisdiction are specified in the Terms of Sale, without prejudice to mandatory provisions.
