In the conversational agents' widget

The chat widget embedded in our clients' websites uses no advertising or analytics cookie and does not fingerprint your browser. It only keeps what is strictly necessary for the service you request:

• Technical session cookie: secure operation of the exchange; 24 hours.
• Random conversation identifiers (local storage): resume an ongoing conversation; until you clear them or start a new conversation.
• Draft and display preferences (local storage): keep an unsent message and the widget's open state; until cleared.

When a client requires prior consent, the widget also stores your choice in your browser.

Managing your consent

On your first visit to godia.ai, a banner lets you accept or refuse audience measurement, or customise your choice; refusing is as easy as accepting. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” button at the top of this page; if you withdraw your consent, the measurement cookies are deleted. Your choice is requested again after 12 months.

Browser settings

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking strictly necessary items may prevent the website or the widget from working.
